Data Retention and Deletion

OTseek maintains default data retention and deletion timeframes and will work with your organization’s legal, security, and compliance teams to adjust timeframes as necessary. OTseek also supports Zero Data Retention (ZDR) configurations upon request.

Subprocessors

OTseek documents all subprocessors and third-party integrations via our Trust Center . Information exposure to subprocessors is strictly minimum necessary to provide critical services, including cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and managed SAML or OIDC SSO.

AI and Zero Data Retention (ZDR)

OTseek uses AI models to power some of its features. Organizations can elect the use of Zero Data Retention (ZDR) endpoints for AI processing if required. Additionally, OTseek supports the optional use of customer-managed AI endpoints exposed via providers like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
